There are three types of services:
1300 Numbers: will charge your customer 30 cents each time they call you from any Australian landline
1800 Numbers: will be a free call for your customer from any Australian landline
13 Numbers: are only 6 digits long and will charge your customer 30 cents each time they call you from any Australian landline.
For you as the owner of the Inbound 1300/1800/13 service you will pay the following:

All prices quoted above include GST
All Inbound services carry a minimum term of 12 months. Early termination requires payout of the remaining monthly charges. All inbound numbers carry a cancellation fee of $15.

All calls will be itemised on invoices. The calling number will be repressed as per the IPND and Privacy Act requirements.
All additional options such as time, region and exchanged based routing incur a set up fee. See additional charges for clarification.
Additional fees apply for porting of existing numbers from other service providers.
Minimum cost over 12 months is $120 plus incoming calls.
