If you are contacting TeleMates regarding an existing account or service you must ensure you are the account holder or an authorised contact pre-approved on the account. TeleMates will not allow third party access to an account as per the Privacy ACT.

If you would like to appoint an Authorised Representative to have access to your TeleMates account you may either:

 • Contact Telemates on 131501 and add the Authorised Representative as a contact on your account
 • Fill out the following form “Appoint an Authorised Representative”
